World Cup Towels sells limited-edition football-inspired towels. Due to the nature of our products, limited inventory, and small-batch availability, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms of this Refund, Returns, Shipping & Pickup Policy.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, sizing preference, duplicate orders, or customer error.
Refunds or exchanges may only be available in the following situations:
- The product ordered is not available or cannot be fulfilled.
- The product has an estimated ship time listed in the product description and has not yet shipped.
- The product arrives damaged or defective, subject to review and approval by World Cup Towels.
Once an item has shipped, the order is final and no refund will be issued unless the product is damaged or defective and approved for refund or exchange by World Cup Towels.
Pre-Orders and Estimated Ship Times
Some products may be sold with an estimated ship time listed in the product description. These items may not be available for immediate pickup or shipping.
If your order includes a product with an estimated ship time, you may request a refund before the item has shipped. Once the item has shipped, the sale is final.
Estimated ship times are provided as a guide only and may change due to production timelines, shipping delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Out-of-Stock Products
If a product you ordered is no longer available or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you by email. You may be offered one of the following options:
- A refund for the unavailable item.
- A replacement product of equal value, where available.
- Store credit, if offered by World Cup Towels.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us by email at theworldcuptowels@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Damaged or defective product claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. World Cup Towels may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or other resolution at its sole discretion.
Products damaged through misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, or customer handling are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Shipping
Shipping timelines may vary based on product availability, destination, carrier delays, customs processing, and order volume.
Once an order has shipped, World Cup Towels is not responsible for carrier delays, missed deliveries, customs delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.
Toronto Pickup
Local pickup is available within Toronto, Ontario.
Pickup details will be coordinated with purchasers in advance. Customers will be contacted using the email address provided at checkout.
Customers must bring their order confirmation or proof of purchase when picking up an order.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled pickup, please contact us in advance at theworldcuptowels@gmail.com to make alternate arrangements.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to request a change to your order, contact us immediately at theworldcuptowels@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee that order changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
